Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform supply and equipment distribution for departments and warehouses.
• Fulfill supply requests and resolve incorrect orders, recalls, and shipments.
• Communicate order status and potential delays as needed.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, preparation, and delivery of shipments and mail.
• Maintain Handheld Ordering System templates, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Data entry of equipment and supply transactions.
• Catalogue and organize product for multiple departments.
• Maintain inventory, monitor expirations, and place orders as needed.
• Help ensure compliance, organization, and cleanliness.
