A Logistics and Support firm is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Coordinator to provide support in asset management. Responsibilities include data entry, equipment transfers, and physical inventories. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in government or private sector.
• Experience with automated financial systems preferred.
• Ability to lift small furniture and materials up to 40 lbs.
• High school diploma required, associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and retrieve information from PeopleSoft.
• Coordinate transfers of equipment between locations.
• Assist with daily asset lifecycle transaction processing.
• Conduct physical inventories according to procedures.
• Complete daily PeopleSoft asset posting requests.
• Process asset transfer requests in PeopleSoft.
• Assist with inventory reports and mailing of asset tags.
