Job summary

Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring a Property and Materials Specialist Senior in the Budget Department to coordinate surplus items and ensure delivery to the District Office. The role oversees stationery inventory and assists with space reservations and small event setups based on staffing availability.

This in-person position supports students and staff, with duties spanning asset tagging, asset tracking in the FMS, and coordinating with Receiving and Facilities teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of full-time equivalent experience providing general operational support in assignments such as copy/imaging centers, mailrooms, and/or shipping/receiving centers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative processes related to the disposition of Surplus property and serves as the campus liaison with Administrative Services staff, District Capital Asset, and District Surplus to ensure compliance with policies.
