Job summary

Emerus is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee medical supply inventory across multiple facilities in the market. You will order, stock, and maintain PAR levels, and perform cycle counts while traveling between sites to ensure optimal stock.

You will work with the Corporate Supply Chain to resolve shortages, manage backorders, and ensure accurate item Master data in the procurement system. Emphasis on cost-saving, proper labeling, and FIFO controls within hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in materials management or medical supply environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable insurance.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, IV fluids and supplies across market facilities.
• Maintain PAR levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Receive, unpack, and verify shipments against POs for damages or discrepancies.
• Drive between facilities to stock and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with Corporate Supply Chain to resolve shortages and backorders.
• Maintain item Master data and ensure proper labeling and barcodes.
