Qualifications

• Experience with accountable personal property management is preferred.
• Familiarity with government property processes and property accountability helps.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process accountable personal property data in Sunflower Asset Management System (Sunflower).
• Maintain custodial records for assigned property and update as needed.
• Identify and report excess property to the Property Accountability Officer.
• Submit reports for lost, missing, stolen, damaged, or unserviceable property.
• Affix property identification labels (barcodes) to property in custody.
• Participate in employee separation clearance and sign the CD-126 form.
• Track loaned property and ensure return at loan expiration.
