Amentum in Falls Church, VA seeks an Inventory Management and Property Control Senior to ensure property accountability under government regulations. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with senior Logistics Officers, process inventory requests, maintain records, and generate auditable financial statements. The role involves office work with potential forklift certification and extensive cross-office interaction.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
• Eight (8) years of professional experience in a similar or related field
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Certified forklift operation within 30 days of starting work and every 24 months as required

Responsibilities

• Supervise other contractor personnel in task completion
• Coordinate with senior Logistics officer to align with Office of Logistics priorities
• Process routine inventory requests by validating receipt of goods and materials
• Provide status updates to designated staff and Office of Logistics focal points
• Update electronic records with status and location of items
• Issue and maintain hand-receipts and vehicle keys as needed
• Process electronic transactions of property/equipment in Sponsor’s system
• Scan/create electronic records to generate auditable financial statements
• Assist in inventory processes and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain vehicle tracking databases and telephones inventories
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Process vehicle and mileage requests
• Prepare usage charts for reporting to GSA
