Job summary

MaintainX, a leading asset management platform, is expanding its Asset Intelligence team in Raleigh, NC, to drive high-velocity technical deals with maintenance and reliability leaders. You will build business cases, run deep technical discovery, and own the demo-to-close cycle with cross-functional support as needed.

You will maintain a strong quota-attainment record while representing MaintainX for industrial customers, traveling to sites and collaborating with account managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling technical solutions to maintenance, reliability or operations leaders in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Grasp of how machines fail and how monitoring catches it.
• Record of meeting quota in a role with a technical or specialist component.
• Comfort leading a demo and a business-case conversation with both operations and technical stakeholders.
• The pipeline discipline to manage many opportunities at once and forecast them accurately.
• Willingness to work from our Raleigh office at least two days a week and to travel to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build the business case for Asset Intelligence in each account, tying downtime and maintenance costs to the products.
• Run technical discovery with maintenance and reliability leaders to identify machines and failure modes.
• Demo the products and drive the technical conversation through to close with support as needed.
• Manage a high-volume book of smaller deals and keep CRM clean for accurate forecasting.
• Share field feedback with Product and Marketing to sharpen Asset Intelligence positioning.
