• Strong communication skills with executives and frontline teams.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor: build relationships and understand maintenance objectives.
• Drive value realization: define success metrics and ROI from predictive maintenance.
• Educate and enable: conduct product demos, training, and webinars on Asset Intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering.
• Monitor health and mitigate churn: use data to segment portfolio and prevent churn.
• Be the voice of the customer: feedback on integration, data quality, and feature requests.
