Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support FBI asset forfeiture initiatives. The role emphasizes data extraction, accuracy, and timely reporting to advance investigations. A TS clearance is preferred and applicants must be U.S. citizens with a minimum background investigation of 7 to 10 years.

The position requires a strong ability to interpret complex documents, enterprise data handling, and collaboration within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to review, interpret, evaluate, and extract data from complex legal and non-legal documents
• Excellent communication skills; oral and written
• Meticulous data entry and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related software

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates data and information from multiple sources
• Confirms completeness of data and resolves inconsistencies
• Accurately enters data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets
• Creates and manages case/project files
• Maintains status tracking to meet deadlines
• Prepares reports and summaries using word processing software
• Provides timely status updates and supports information requests
