Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to own lifecycle performance of assets across the BU, including fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability by location. This role coordinates with sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, and RVS, reporting to the Director of Asset Management.

The candidate will oversee asset reviews, manage redeployments, and drive asset optimization initiatives across multiple functions within a air-wide geographic scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five or more years of rental, operations, sales or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management and asset performance within the assigned geographic area.
• Provide direction and influence to maximize asset value across functions.
• Lead asset calls and reviews; manage NYE, term-out units and redeployments.
• Coordinate maintenance, SCS and RVS activities to optimize ROA and profitability.
• Prepare and present asset performance metrics to leadership.
