Edgewater Federal Solutions seeks an Asset, Change and Configuration Manager to govern IT asset, change, and configuration management across our environments. The role leads CMDB/CMS integrity, supports impact analysis, and partners with IT operations to reduce risk and improve service reliability.

The position requires active Secret clearance and onsite work in Washington, DC, with a focus on audit readiness, documentation, and governance across multiple data sources.

Formación

• Knowledge of ITIL practices, especially Asset/Configuration/Change Management.
• Experience maintaining CMDB/CMS data models and governance.
• Ability to plan and manage asset inventory and licensing records.
• Ability to support audits and compliance through evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Own and administer service asset and configuration management practices, including CI classes, naming standards, attributes, and relationships in the CMDB/CMS.
• Manage software/hardware asset inventory and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain license and business agreement records per governance.
• Ensure data quality and lifecycle records; drive change history and baselines.
• Lead Change Management processes including CAB/CCB.
• Coordinate data source integrations and data reconciliation.
• Plan configuration verifications and audits; track findings and actions.
• Develop process docs, work instructions, and train CI owners.
