Active Secret clearance is required along with a business degree and 5+ years of ITSM/asset management experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a business field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT service management or asset management.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher is recommended; related certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise IT service management activities including incident, change, and service request processes.
• Oversee enterprise service desk operations across Tier 0–Tier 2 support and ticket management.
• Manage government IT asset lifecycles including acquisition, inventory, deployment, and disposal.
• Maintain asset inventories, configuration records, and related documentation for compliance.
• Develop and report service management performance metrics and operational trends.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, program management, and vendors on asset and procurement needs.
• Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Document and improve ITSM procedures, asset records, and audit artifacts per DoD requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, asset tracking, and modernization initiatives.
