Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management or asset management
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher is recommended; relevant IT asset management, configuration management, and IT service management certifications are advantageous

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate enterprise IT service management activities across incident, problem, change, and service delivery processes.
• Provide technical leadership of service desk operations (Tier 0-2), ticket management, escalation, and resolution.
• Manage Government IT assets lifecycle including acquisition, deployment, and disposal per government requirements.
• Maintain accurate hardware/software inventories and related documentation for visibility, control, and compliance.
• Develop, monitor, and report service management metrics such as ticket volumes, response times, and asset utilization.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, program management, and vendors for procurement, licensing, and budget processes.
• Manage change control, configuration management, and technology deployment to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with network, cloud, cybersecurity teams to resolve issues and ensure continuity across environments.
• Create and maintain IT service management procedures, asset records, SOPs, and audit artifacts per DoD policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve service desk efficiency and asset tracking through process improvements and modernization initiatives
