Qualifications

• Strong credit underwriting skills with hands-on experience analyzing borrowers, structures, and/or asset-backed portfolios.
• Experience building and interpreting financial models including cash flow analyses and stress scenarios.
• Ability to evaluate complex deal structures, collateral pools, and legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed credit analysis of borrowers, collateral pools, and transaction structures.
• Build and maintain financial models, cash flow analyses, stress scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
• Coordinate deal execution workstreams and prepare investment memoranda and presentations for approvals.
• Present analyses and recommendations to investment committees and senior management.
