Job summary

You will supervise staff, handle scheduling and training, ensure center readiness, and support testing platforms, including off-site and virtual services for K–12 partners.

Responsibilities include data management, policy implementation, and documentation to stay compliant with CAS Standards and college procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years in program management, college testing, student affairs, or related field.
• Experience with staff scheduling and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the New Student Assessment Center, including supervision and scheduling.
• Provides onboarding and training for department staff and college employees.
• Ensures center readiness, supplies, technology, and equipment; supports off-site/virtual testing.
• Manages data, records, and compliance with CAS Standards and college policies.
• Coordinates with K–12 partners and oversees testing platform operations at alternative locations.
