Job summary

Eaton in Greenwood, SC is seeking an Assembly Technician II. The rate is $20.00 per hour with core hours Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am.

This position is eligible for a variable pay incentive program. You will follow manufacturing drawings, fill out quality and production checklists, mount and wire electrical equipment, inspect assemblies, and assist engineering and operations with development work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits; within 50-mile radius Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing information, drawings, sketches, and supervisor instructions.
• Fill out ISO, quality, and production checklists as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Inspect assemblies for loose hardware and cleanliness.
• Assist engineering, drafting, and supervision with development work.
• Train and coach colleagues to share knowledge.
