Eaton Corporation is hiring an Assembly Technician II (Lean Line) in Greenwood, SC. The role focuses on assembling, wiring, and modifying high- and medium-voltage components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and procedures.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20.00, eligible for a variable incentive program, with responsibilities including quality checks, documentation, and collaboration with engineering and supervision. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Use and knowledge of using hand and air tools.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify work per guidelines for medium/high voltage assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Follow drawings, procedures, and written/oral instructions to complete tasks.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations as needed.
• Inspect assemblies for hardware, cleanliness, and quality; complete checklists as required.
• Respond to change notices and customer-initiated development requests.
• Train and coach teammates to share knowledge and skills.
