Responsibilities center on assembling and organizing components to support production lines, with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. Your duties include material handling, inventory control, and coordinating with planners to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Live within 50 miles of Lake Greenwood, SC.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and PTS scan all incoming materials to ensure accurate tracking and inventory management.
• Verify quantities of materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Verify and correlate materials with job orders to ensure all components are available for production.
• Assign and PTS scan materials to designated locations to maintain organized workflow.
• Collaborate with planners to complete all scheduled jobs and ensure timely production, fulfillment of requirements.
• Enter remakes for missing bars or housing materials to address shortages and maintain production continuity.
• Inspect material for completeness and quality.
• Comply with safety policies and WSRA regulations; operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Train and mentor new employees on kitting processes and procedures.
• Flexibly assist in other kitting areas as needed to support smooth operations.
