Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Test Engineering Technician in Malabar, FL to join our client team for a 12-month contract to hire position. You will support production, ESS and depot testing, troubleshooting and fault isolation using a range of diagnostic tools.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associate's degree with 2+ years related experience. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Job description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Test Engineering Technician.

Position Details

Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire

Duration: 12 months

Location: Malabar, FL 32950

Responsibilities

• Test Engineering Technician candidate to join the Client team where the candidate will support production, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and Depot testing, troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics to perform work duties.
• Work with little to no supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures.
• Work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and procedures.
• Lean, continuous improvement mindset.
• Using a variety of diagnostic tools, DMM, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzers, etc., troubleshoot and fault isolate to component level.
• Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with National Instruments Test Stand and Linux operating systems.
• Ideal candidate will have High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Pay Range and Benefits

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $32-$33 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
