Job summary

Western Enterprises in Westlake, Ohio, seeks a manufacturing supervisor to lead line leads and assembly personnel. You will drive process improvements, ensure production plans are executed, and uphold safety and quality standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Business Admin is desirable but not required.
• 3-5 years manufacturing operations supervisory experience.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line leads and assembly personnel.
• Understand production planning concepts.
• Drive process improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and training is maintained.
• Coordinate manpower to meet production needs.
• Develop and sustain safety programs and culture.
• Recruit, train, and coach employees.
• Lead by example and maintain positive workplace relationships.
