Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. in Westlake, OH is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead line leads and assembly personnel. You will apply production planning concepts and continuous improvement tools to improve quality, cost, delivery, and safety on the shop floor.

You will supervise staff, develop work plans, coordinate with engineering and QA, read blueprints, and ensure ISO procedures are followed while mentoring a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects.
• Knowledge of safety programs and production planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line leads and assembly personnel.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to meet delivery and quality targets.
• Drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coach and train employees; implement safety and 5S practices.
• Ensure ISO procedures are followed and training kept up to date.
• Collaborate with planning, quality, purchasing, and engineering teams.
