Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of test/controls engineering experience.
• Three (3) years of PLC, HMI programming and safety systems design.
• Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates outside the Jonesville, SC area.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Five (5) years of test/controls engineering experience preferred.
• Five (5) years of PLC, HMI programming and safety systems design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads troubleshooting activities on malfunctioning production machinery, equipment and software.
• Develop and review test equipment specifications and compliance.
• Lead and manage the electrical safety program on the site.
• Analyze legacy applications and recommend upgrades to hardware/software.
• Perform upgrades to legacy software to support new hardware or changes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers on CARs for new products and processes.
• Coordinate with vendors to develop specifications for new machinery and software.
• Lead commissioning of new manufacturing machinery and software including installation and validation.
• Communicate changes across Quality, Design Engineering, Purchasing and Production Scheduling.
• Lead cross functional root cause and failure analysis teams.
