Job summary

Kelly Services in Elgin, IL is seeking an entry-level assembler to join a team assembling and processing mobile radios and telecom equipment. No experience is required—training is provided.

This is a temporary assignment with 1st or 2nd shift options and weekly pay, supporting skill development in a dynamic tech environment. Responsibilities include loading and scanning components, picking accessories, cabling, assembly and testing, and following on-screen instructions while cross-training

Job Details

• 1st shift: 6am-2:15pm ($16/hr)
• 2nd shift: 2:45pm-11pm ($17.50/hr)
• Temp Assignment (lasting approximately 6 weeks, could be longer)
• Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Load and scan electronic components with automated systems
• Pick mobile accessories, prep cartons for shipping
• Rotate between roles, including cabling, assembly (using torque guns), and equipment testing
• Follow computer instructions and work cross-trained in different assembly tasks
