Kelly Services in Elgin, IL is seeking an Assembly Assistant for Radio Manufacturing. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and no prior experience is required. You’ll join a team that values safety and quality while learning core assembly tasks.

Choose 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:15pm) at $16.00/hr or 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:45pm–11:00pm) at $17.50/hr. Pay is commensurate with time and experience, and you’ll gain valuable skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity—no experience required; training provided.
• Great for gaining telecom manufacturing experience and building skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble 2-way radios and telecommunications equipment.
• Scan job orders, pick parts, and label products per instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure quality (screens, buttons, labels).
• Keep workspace organized and assist across departments as needed.

Pay Rates & Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm ($16.00/hr)
