Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Electronics Assembler for the first shift in Elgin, IL. You will assemble, test, and ship radio and electronic equipment, following detailed build instructions in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting. The role offers hourly pay of $18 to $19.50 and a 7:00 AM–3:15 PM shift.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of electronics experience, basic computer skills, and good dexterity. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for long periods is required.

Location: Elgin, IL
We’re looking for Electronics Assemblers to join our team. You’ll assemble, test, and ship radio and electronic equipment. Perfect for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.
Pay Rate: $18–$19.50/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

• Assemble or modify electronic equipment (computers, motors, batteries, etc.)
• Follow build instructions and documentation
• Use light fabrication and torque tools
• Perform soldering and fine assembly work
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Rotate between different roles as needed
• Meet quality and safety standards
