Job summary

QPS Employment Group has an opportunity in Final Assembly for a role based in Franklin, Wisconsin. The position offers a first shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with the potential to hire after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous assembly experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable working with small parts and using hand tools.
• Good hand dexterity.
• Ability to sit for approximately 75% of the shift.
• Ability to stand/walk for approximately 25% of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives, and other fastening methods.
• Operate equipment such as presses and drills.

• Inspect work for quality and completeness.
• Document daily production and inventory activities.
• Work independently after training while meeting production rates.
• Move between workstations as production needs change.

Wage: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday)

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available in Final Assembly at a company in Franklin, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift.

Final Assembly Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and part instructions
• Use a computer and Global Shop system to track work and production
• Scan shop orders and pick/pull parts based on specified locations and quantities
• Assemble components using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives, and other fastening methods
• Operate equipment such as arbor presses, riveting machines, drill presses, grinders, and power tools
• Label and color-code finished products accurately and neatly
• Inspect work for quality and completeness
• Document daily production and inventory activities
• Work independently after training while meeting production rates
• Move between workstations as production needs change
