Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in North Carolina is seeking Assemblers for positions in the Weaverville and Woodfin areas. No experience is required, making it a great opportunity to learn and grow while starting a manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Apply and assemble wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components.
• Read electrical wiring diagrams to accomplish accurate assembly.
• Uses a wide range of hand tools, drills, rivet guns, saws, hy-pot testers, and drill presses.
• Inspect parts during sub-assembly and at key points toensure that unit meets specified quality standards prior to moving unit to the next workstation.
• Clean and pack final product using approved chemicals.

Work Schedules Available

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
