Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Arden, NC seeks an Assembler to join our manufacturing team, assembling large electrical breaker boxes per specifications and blueprints.

Ideal candidates read blueprints, use basic hand and power tools, and can stand for a full 10-hour shift while lifting up to 40 pounds. No degree is required; 0–1 years experience preferred. The role supports a Fri–Sun, 7:00am–7:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble electrical breaker boxes accurately.
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
• Ensure all parts fit correctly and are properly aligned during the assembly process.
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of assembled breaker boxes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Spherion is seeking Assemblers in Arden, NC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for assembling large electrical boxes according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in reading blueprints, and experience using basic hand tools. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to the production of essential electrical equipment.

Work Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble electrical breaker boxes accurately.
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
