About the Role

As an Assembler Operator Level 1 , you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting components to ensure they meet quality standards. You’ll operate machinery, maintain a clean and safe work area, and participate in improvement initiatives that enhance production efficiency and product excellence.

• Operate assigned equipment and machinery

• Assemble components according to specifications

• Perform quality checks and record production data

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area

• Participate in continuous improvement activities

• Follow all safety rules and procedures

• Support production goals and report any issues to supervisors

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (excluding breaks)

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate machine operation

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Good coordination, motor skills, and manual dexterity

• Willingness to work in a team and independently

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with production data reporting and analysis
