Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in Fullerton, CA to support aerospace manufacturing processes.

You will inspect components, operate washing lines and blasting equipment, move parts between production areas, and help prepare daily production reports while adhering to EH&S policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect components to ensure they meet specs.
• Operate and train on part-washing lines and blasting equipment.
• Assist with component processing activities (weight counting, glass beading, tank solutions).
• Move parts between production areas as needed.
• Prepare daily production reports and production forms.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area through housekeeping.
• Support fellow operators with production activities.
• Follow EH&S, quality, and operational policies.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to keep production moving.

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading American aerospace manufacturer known for producing critical components for jet engines, aerospace fasteners, titanium structures, and forged aluminum wheels for heavy-duty trucks. We’re looking for a dependable Production Operator to join the team in Fullerton, CA and play an important role in supporting high-quality aerospace manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you’ll work hands‑on in a manufacturing environment supporting production and component processing. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities may include:

• Assist with inspecting components to ensure they meet customer and production specifications.
• Operate and train on part‑washing lines and blasting equipment.
• Assist with component processing activities, including weight counting, glass beading, and changing tank solutions.
• Move parts between designated production areas as needed.
• Prepare daily production reports and required production forms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping.
• Support fellow operators with processing and production activities.
• Follow all company Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), Quality, and operational policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. and pull up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn equipment and production processes.

PPE/Dress Requirements: Steel‑toe shoes or boots are required. Appropriate casual workwear must be worn. No jewelry, facial piercings, false eyelashes, artificial nails, or clothing with rips, tears, or holes while on shift.
