Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire Assemblers for a hands-on role in producing high-quality aerospace components in a cleanroom environment.

You will assemble and inspect components, set up production equipment, and use microscopes for detailed parts work. Follow drawings and travelers, record data, and contribute to quality reporting while earning $25–$28/hour plus a $3,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience in the past 5 years.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment with full PPE.
• Ability to use a microscope for extended periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and dexterity.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to meet ITAR/US Persons requirement.

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire detail-driven Assemblers who are ready to play a hands-on role in producing high-quality aerospace components. In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Shift, Compensation & Bonus:

• Shifts: All shifts available

• Day shift: 5a-4p (Mon-Thurs) or 6a-7p (Fri-Sun)

• Evening shift: 3p-2a (Mon-Thurs) or 6p-6:30a (Fri-Sun)

• Pay Rate : $25-28/hour

• Retention Bonus of $3,000!

• $1,000 paid at 30 days, $1,000 at 60 days and $1,000 at 90 days

What You’ll Do Every Day

As an Assembler, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment where precision and consistency matter:

• Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards

• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment

• Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts

• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers

• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data

What You Must Have

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)

• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment , including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet

• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time

• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) and computer literacy

• Ability to meet ITAR/US Persons requirement

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
