Position Details

Location: US-TX-SAN MARCOS-2005 ~ 2005 Technology Wy ~ TECHNOLOGY

Shift: 3rd Shift: 11P – 7A

Onsite role with U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship. No export authorization or security clearance required.

What You Will Do
  • Reads, interprets, and follows blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions.
  • Operates hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.
  • Maintains inventory of product at workstations.
  • Performs quality work checks, identifies product defects and records identified defects.
  • Reworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
  • Performs all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Required Qualifications
  • HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • 1 or more years of experience within a Manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to assemble equipment.
  • Experience with hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.
  • Self-directed and action oriented with the ability to work in a team environment to resolve most questions and problems.
  • Relevant manufacturing, assembly, and/or construction/facilities experience.
