Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking to fill an on-site Assembly role in Indiana. The candidate will perform repetitive assembly tasks with basic hand tools, adhering to GMP requirements and quality expectations. Attendance and punctuality are required to meet production commitments.

Responsibilities include brazing, leak testing, wiring, final tests, and training new hires. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on safety and continuous

• Maintain attendance and punctuality to meet production commitments.
• Train new employees and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

What you will do:

• Promotes values as demonstrated in personal productivity and quality of work, management of internal/external relationships, actively seeking out and participating in Continuous Improvement practices, and willingness to engage and support team initiatives.
• Comply with workplace safety procedures.
• Regular and reliable attendance, which includes punctuality and working scheduled overtime, is necessary to meet our commitment to provide quality products and service to our customer.
• Able to complete all Assembler I responsibilities in addition to Assembler II responsibilities.
• Performs repetitive assembly task using basic hand tools.
• On a regular basis, performs one or more of the following:
  • Brazing
  • Evacuation leak testing and charging
  • Final Test
  • Wiring
  • Foaming
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Record measurements as needed.
• Ensure that device history records (DHR) are completed according to FDA GMP requirements.
• Complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.
• Sheet Metal Assembly (using various assembly tools).
• Follows work instruction to determine the process required.
• Train new employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

Prior experience of at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
