Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking personnel for on-site assembly roles, performing multiple workstation tasks as needed to meet staffing and production demands. You will learn and follow assembly instructions, verify work, conduct quality checks, and use power and hand tools while maintaining a safe, organized workplace.

SUMMARY:

The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks.
