  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

  • Run flexible conduit on chillers and perform point-to-point wiring.
  • Understand and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Identify and resolve wiring issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure quality.
  • Maintain wire excellence standards.
  • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists.
  • Perform quality checks and tests as well as assisting in identifying and resolving problems.

Pay and Benefits
  • Starting wage: $29.05 Second and Weekend Shift Premiums
  • Medical, Vacation/PTO – upon completion of 84-day probationary period.
  • 401K match up to 2.5%, plus an additional 2.5% core contribution.

Responsibilities
  • Run flexible conduit on chillers and perform point-to-point wiring.
  • Understand and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Identify and resolve wiring issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure quality.
  • Maintain wire excellence standards.
  • Distinguish wire colors and read numbering and lettering on wires.
  • Conduct End of Line Testing to verify the integrity and performance of wiring systems.
  • Basic functional knowledge of computers including MS Office for use with Trane and other third-party applications for ordering and receipt of parts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure wiring meets project requirements and deadlines.
  • Continuously improve wiring processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Work in designated workstation and ensure tasks are completed within the specified Takt time.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, including basic impact tools, torque tools, drills, and drivers.
  • Receives work instructions from a member of management or a team lead.
  • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
  • Performing quality checks and tests as well as assisting in identifying and resolving problems.
  • Must participate in basic problem solving, 5-S, and lean activities.
  • Maintain and inspect tools and equipment and elevate issues as necessary.
  • Basic functional knowledge of computers and ability to read and acknowledge work instructions electronically.
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure parts are brought to the production line in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met.
  • Work multiple jobs both within and outside the assigned production area.
  • Use all required safety gear and equipment.
  • Comply with all established plant rules and policies.
  • Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in the assigned work area.
  • Must be able to pass a visual acuity exam with or without corrective lenses.
Physical Requirements
  • Independently capable of lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 35lbs.
  • Physical mobility within the work facility, including repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, gripping and/or stooping.
  • Ability to work at heights both on ladders and lifts as required, while using proper fall protection.
