Trane Technologies in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking an Assemblers II to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves performing repetitive assembly tasks using basic hand tools, with opportunities to participate in brazing, leak testing, final testing, wiring and foaming as part of the build process.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and layout of assembly processes.

On a regular basis, performs one or more of the following:BrazingEvacuation leak testing and chargingFinal TestWiringFoamingTroubleshoot equipment failures.Record measurements as needed.
