Spherion is seeking Assemblers in Arden, NC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for assembling large electrical boxes according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in reading blueprints, and experience using basic hand tools. Schedules Available

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble electrical breaker boxes accurately.
