Starting pay is $20.65/hour with a comprehensive manufacturing environment emphasizing continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, be 18+, and demonstrate strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents.
• Ability to build sub-assemblies and finished goods.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot errors.

Responsibilities

• Work independently alongside team members to assemble finished products and subassemblies.
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Lean initiatives, completing tasks as assigned.
• Use established quality specifications to assemble products in compliance with standards to ensure product integrity and meet customer expectations.
• Follow replenishment system standards and practices to maintain efficient material flow that promotes schedule attainment in a JIT environment.
• Identify and communicate any low inventory levels or discrepancies.
• Participate in training to support standard work in assembly, quality, continuous improvement and replenishment systems to maintain operational excellence.
