Job summary

Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Light Industrial Assembler for the 2nd shift in Lebanon, NH. You will assemble subassemblies and finished goods, following standard processes and safety guidelines, contributing to a collaborative, ESOP-owned culture.

No prior experience is required as extensive on-the-job training is provided; we welcome reliable individuals to join our team and grow within a market-leading manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods using standard processes and documentation.

Light Industrial Assembler – 2nd Shift

- $20.65/hour plus 10% differential Monday - Friday | 2:10pm-10:10pm Lebanon, New Hampshire

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older

• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
• Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Attention to detail

• Physical Demands: Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
• Control handheld power tools
• Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
