Responsibilities

• Work independently alongside team members to assemble finished products and subassemblies.
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Lean initiatives, completing tasks as assigned.
• Use established quality specifications to assemble products in compliance with standards to ensure product integrity and meet customer expectations.
• Follow replenishment system standards and practices to maintain efficient material flow that promotes schedule attainment in a JIT environment.
• Identify and communicate any low inventory levels or discrepancies.
• Participate in training to support standard work in assembly, quality, continuous improvement and replenishment systems to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

As an Assembler with our Central Manufacturing team, you will work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands.

• Work independently alongside team members to assemble finished products and subassemblies
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Participate in Lean initiatives, completing tasks as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts

$16.09-$26.82 Hourly This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
