Job summary

Hypertherm Associates in Lebanon, NH is seeking an Associate Assembler for 1st shift. You will work as part of a team assembling sub-assemblies and finished goods, following standard work and safety policies in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents.
• Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands.
• Work independently alongside team members to assemble finished products and subassemblies.
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Lean initiatives, completing tasks as assigned.
• Use established quality specifications to ensure product integrity and meet customer expectations.
• Follow replenishment system standards to maintain efficient material flow in a JIT environment.
• Identify and communicate any low inventory levels or discrepancies.
• Participate in training to support standard work in assembly, quality, continuous improvement and replenishment systems.

Current Associates or Temporary Associates

$16.09-$26.82 Hourly

This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
