Job summary

Hypertherm Associates is hiring 2nd shift CNC Machine Operators in New Hampshire. Starting pay is $22.65 per hour plus a 10% shift differential for 2nd shift, with an HTTI apprenticeship program beginning October 19, 2026. The CNC Fundamentals course runs about four weeks on 1st shift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

You will learn to produce machined parts for plasma cutting systems and contribute to a collaborative, associate-owned culture. Location: Lebanon & Hanover, NH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with technology and MS Office tools.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn technical material in a school-like setting.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow and process instructions.
• Basic math understanding.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce machined parts for plasma cutting systems.
• Follow standard work instructions in a team environment.
• Assist with assembly and packaging tasks in the manufacturing area.
