Job summary

Kelly Services in Burlington, OH is seeking an Assembly Operator for the second shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday-Friday). You will perform hands-on assembly with small hand tools, cross-train across areas, and may assist with kitting to meet production deadlines.

No prior assembly experience is required as training is provided; a strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are valued in a cooperative team environment.

Job Description

This position offers hands‑on training and the opportunity to develop your skills using small hand tools in a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be cross‑trained to work in various areas and may flex to kitting as operational needs require.

Required Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required - training provided
