Job summary

Kelly Services in Fairborn, OH is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a premier manufacturing client on a full-time basis. The role offers a first shift, 7:30am–4:00pm, with a competitive pay rate of $24.50 per hour and steady hours.

You will lay out, assemble, and fabricate End of Arm Tooling, test components, and maintain drawings and BOMs. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly and fabrication experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with measuring tools, layout, light machinery, and basic electrical/pneumatic systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication; ability to read assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, and fabricate End of Arm Tooling and related components.
• Test and inspect components for proper function and quality standards.
• Maintain and update assembly drawings and bills of material as needed.
• Support inventory control and maintenance processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with on-site equipment installations as required.
• Participate in meetings and trainings; perform additional duties as assigned.
