Kelly Services seeks an Assembly Worker for a premier food manufacturing company in Romeoville, IL. This role offers 1st and 2nd shifts with overtime on Fridays and pay of $15–$16 per hour, depending on shift.

You will perform assembly, follow GMPs and food safety standards, and maintain a clean, safe area in a fast-paced environment. Requires HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and steel-toed shoes.

  • Can work in a cold environment (50–60°F) and are equipped with steel-toed shoes.
  • Possess strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability.
  • Are available to work mandatory overtime as needed.

**Pay & Shifts: **

  • 1st Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM (Monday–Friday, mandatory overtime on Friday) – $15/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (Monday–Friday, mandatory overtime on Friday) – $16/hr Both shifts currently work 60 hours/week due to required overtime.
