Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Assembly Operator in Neillsville, WI to set up and operate manual or automated equipment for parts manufacturing. You will work in a team to meet production targets and support continuous improvement.

This entry-level role offers paid training, temp-to-hire opportunities, weekly pay, a $600 retention bonus after 90 days, and a $50 weekly gas bonus to help with commuting.

Pay Rate

$18.50–$19.00 per hour, depending on shift

Shifts:

2nd shift: $18.50 / hour – Mon – Fri, 2:15pm — 10:15pm

3rd shift: $19.00 / hour – Sun — Thurs, 10:15pm — 6:15am

Overtime required every other Saturday or Friday depending on business needs
