Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Assembler in West Melbourne, FL to join a premier electronics manufacturer. Starting pay is $16.50/hour with 1st–3rd shifts available and a 10% shift differential.

You will assemble, test, and pack circuit board assemblies using Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies, placing components with hand and pneumatic tools. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and follow instructions; basic computer and problem‑solving skills; willingness to work

Qualifications

  • Basic computer and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including 3rd shift.
  • IPC/ISO standards familiarity and ESD training preferred.
  • U.S. Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 applies.

Starting pay rate: $16.50 + /hour

Shifts Available
  • 1st- Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30pm
  • 2nd- Mon-Friday 3:30pm - 12am
  • 3rd- Sunday 10:45pm to 7:30am, Mon - Thurs11:00pm - 730am
