Schedule

• 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Check patients in/out and maintain EMR records
• Manage referrals and Plans of Care (POCs)
• Verify insurance, collect copays, and handle patient payments
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and address patient concerns
• Support clinic operations and administrative tasks
