Job summary

Sazerac Company seeks a Receiving Supervisor at Barton 1792 Distillery in Kentucky. You will lead a team responsible for receiving, verifying, and routing production materials to support bottling operations, emphasizing accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

Schedule: AWS Days, 7am–7pm, Friday–Sunday. Requires a bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/WMS systems; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory, ERP, or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop receiving department team members to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient material handling and inventory processes.
• Oversee the receipt, verification, unloading, and routing of production materials, including bottles, labels, closures, adhesives, and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate inventory management activities to support uninterrupted bottling operations and maintain accurate system records.
• Monitor department performance, prepare operational reports, and partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and drive efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a positive team culture.
