Actalent seeks an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing talent, and screening consultants. You will coach candidates for interviews and nurture relationships to ensure satisfaction and engagement across projects.

You’ll participate in a comprehensive training program and mentorship, with strong career growth in a supportive culture that values internal advancement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meetings with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Source qualified professionals and screen candidates through interviews and reference checks.
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their roles.
• Coach consultants for interviews and maintain engagement throughout employment.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned with industry skill sets.
